FAQ
When will I receive my listing pictures to go live?
Your edited real estate images will be delivered within 2 days after the photoshoot, so please book your dates accordingly.
How long do your real estate shoots take?
It depends on the size of the home, but generally plan for the photography session to take around 2-3 hours.
Why does it take so long? Rather than quickly run through your listing with the standard wide pictures of each room, I take time to find moments in each space that will help keep eyes on your listing photos.
Do I have to meet you at the listing?
No, as a fellow realtor I understand that time is precious with so many clients and moving parts. A lot of agents will meet me to give me access and show how to lockup. Or you can simply provide your CBS number and I can access the home using my Supra Active Key. If the home has a lock box installed you may also provide that code for access.
How will I receive my listing images
I deliver Web + MLS resolution sized listing images through my website.
You will receive an email/text with the link to your album, along with any passwords on your album.
